What I Do — Crafting Lifecycle Experiences That Convert

I'm a lifecycle marketing strategist, paid social and paid search media buyer, product marketer, and copywriter. I started off in paid social and email marketing. I helped grow brands like Quiet Punch by 10X, my team at Wolters Kluwer increase revenue by 500%.

After a string of wins like those, I expanded to start working on landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing—going from perfecting the first touchpoint between brands and users to improving every touchpoint after that.

I work as an email/lifecycle marketing manager with the AKC (American Kennel Club) and I also offer guidance and consulting to brands that want to improve their customer experience, email marketing, or customer lifetime value.
